Urban sale stalls on rental basis

  1. Call tenders for stalls on the approval of the council
  2. Obtain tender forms on payment of tender deposits and security deposits
  3. Submit perfectly  completed tender forms to the Municipal Commissioner
  4. Open tender forms after the expiry date (in perfect of tender)
  5. Select the successful tender and inform him
  6. Enter into agreement after recovery of security deposit and other fees.
  7. Recovery of monthly rent.
